Thousands of years old, this ceremonial and spiritual form of dance was created by women to communicate with the divine feminine energies.

Also referred to as the Dance of Life, women can express their innermost emotions and feelings through movement with the music.  In some cultures, women perform belly dance movements in the 'Birth Dance,' to prepare their bodies for childbirth.
